Terms of Service

FRAGMINDCS is a performance training and analytics platform for CS2 players. It provides tools for tracking match statistics, structured improvement routines, and AI-powered coaching feedback.

FRAGMINDCS is an educational and training aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. CS2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation.

Improvement in a competitive game depends on many factors — practice frequency, individual aptitude, team dynamics, and more — that are outside our control. FRAGMINDCS provides structure, data, and coaching guidance; it does not guarantee any specific rank, rating, or competitive outcome.

AI coach responses are generated by a language model and represent general coaching guidance, not professional esports coaching. Use your own judgement when applying any recommendation.

You must be at least 16 years old to use FRAGMINDCS. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or sublicense your account to others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform at scale
• Abuse the AI coach to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Submit false match data with the intent to manipulate leaderboards or community features
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or Valve's Terms of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

FRAGMINDCS offers both a free tier and a paid subscription plan (Operator). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase and may change with 30 days' notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@fragmindcs.com.

AI features (coach chat, match analysis, weekly narratives) are subject to per-tier monthly limits as described on the plans page. These limits reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused quota does not roll over.

Match data, notes, and any other content you submit remain yours. By submitting content to the Platform you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it to you as part of the service.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes beyond operating and improving the Platform.

All Platform code, UI, copy, and branding are owned by FRAGMINDCS. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRAGMINDCS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform — including, without limitation, lost rank, lost match history, or reliance on AI coach feedback.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FRAGMINDCS operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
